Crunchmaster Gluten Free Crackers!!…

Hi there!  Happy Tuesday to you!  I hope your week is off to a good start despite the weather.  Well, I guess depending where you live you might be having beautiful weather.  Not so much here.  It’s been raining and it’s cold enough that there can be icy patches and there is fog.  So that isn’t too good.  Although, it’s not nearly as cold as it was all of last week.  That is a good thing.  It’s supposed to reach 60 degrees as some point this week.  I personally like the cold when it’s the winter, not 60 degree weather.  Oh well.

Anyway, for dinner last night, Mike and I ate chicken taco chili leftovers from Sunday night.  There is still so much left so I’m thinking about freezing it.  Anyone have good tips on how to freeze soup?  Do I put it in a container or in gallon ziploc bags?  I’m not sure what to do.  I was finally able to catch up on the Carrie Diaries last night!  I watched two episodes in a row and I have to say that I am hooked!  I really like the show.  I’ve never watched Sex in the City so I don’t know if there are similarities to the show or not but I do really like it.  I also like that one of the lead guys used to be on Switched At Birth.  Another one of my favorite shows.  It’s nice to see him in a bigger role in this show.  I’m really liking it and I cannot wait to see the episode that aired last night!

A couple of weeks ago, I received a package from Crunchmaster containing some of their Gluten Free Crackers.  I’ve been debating trying Gluten free to see if it would help my stomach or not.  I was excited when these crackers arrived!  Crunchmaster is known for keeping their ingredients down to earth and making sure that you know and understand exactly what ingredients are in their products.  I really appreciate that.  I would much rather eat a product that contains ingredients that I am familiar with than products that have a ton of chemicals in them.  Their products are made only with simple ingredients such as: pure, California grown rice, sesame, quinoa, amaranth and flax seeds.

They use pure, GMO free, California grown rice.  The sesame seeds used in their products are grown in the U.S. with a special hybrid that was developed to fit the climate in Texas and Oklahoma.  Their quinoa seeds are sourced from the Andean region in South America.  The flax seeds are grown in the plains of the upper Midwest and Canada.  All of these seeds have great nutritional benefits to the body.

Quinoa contains a balanced set of amino acids for humans, the sesamin in sesame seeds can lower total LDL cholesterol and raise tocopherol levels, and flax seeds contain high levels of lignans and Omega-fatty acids that help lower cholesterol levels.

I was able to choose a few products that I wanted to try and here they are:

Crunchmaster Gluten Free Crackers!

I wasn’t sure what I wanted to try first but I gravitated towards the Multi-Seed Crackers in Original.  These crackers also come in Roasted Garlic (which you see in the picture above), Rosemary & Olive Oil, and Toasted Onion.  The Original cracker that I tried contains: toasted seeds (sesame, quinoa, flax and amaranth) and is lightly seasoned with a wheat free tamari soy sauce.

This cracker was addicting!  I probably could have eaten the entire bag in one sitting but I controlled myself.  You really can taste all of the seeds in the one cracker.  It has a lot of flavor to it with the hint of soy sauce.  I loved it.  I’d be interested to see how the Roasted Garlic compares to the Original.  I’m sure it tastes just as good!

The next product that I tried was a Kids Crisps product, the Grammy Crisps!  I am a huge fan of graham crackers so I had to try this one next!

These crackers are my absolute favorite!  They are coated in cinnamon and balance the perfect mix of sweet and crunchy!  I really loved this grammy crisp!  I liked that it wasn’t as big as a normal graham cracker so you are able to enjoy more cinnamon flavor packed into the one cracker!  I loved that you could see and taste the cinnamon instantly.  These are my favorite for sure!

As you can see in the picture above,  I also received the Cheese Crisps!  I cannot wait to try those!  These and the Grammy Crisps are the two products that they have made directed towards kids.  I think that this is great especially for those kids who are Gluten free.  They can still enjoy cheese crackers and graham crackers despite the fact that they are Gluten free.

The last product that I received were the Artisan Four Cheese Rice Club Packs.  These crackers are primarily available at Costcos in the NorthWest, San Diego/SouthWest and Canada West.  So typically, if I went to a store, I would not be able to purchase these crackers.  I’m thankful that I am given the chance to try these!  I haven’t tried them yet but I am looking forward to tasting them.  These crackers also come in Toasted Sesame.

In addition to the products that I received, Crunchmaster has several other products such as: Multi-Grain Crackers (available in Sea Salt, Roasted Vegetable, and White Cheddar), Multi-Grain Crisps, and 7 Ancient Grains Crackers (available in Hint of Sea Salt, and Cracked Pepper & Herb).  They also sell various club packs that you can find at various club stores.

You are able to search on their website to find out where these products are located.  While you are there, you can even print out a $1 off coupon to use on purchasing these crackers!  Thank you Crunchmaster for allowing me to try these crackers!

Have you ever tried Crunchmaster Crackers?  If so, which are you favorite?  If you haven’t tried them, which ones would you want to try the most?

Have a great Tuesday!
