Hi there! Happy Tuesday to you! I hope you are having a good week so far. My week is alright I suppose. There was a ton of traffic this morning and maniacs on the road. I guess it was those who were off from work yesterday. Plus, there was a light dusting of snow this morning so people were acting crazy! There was a huge layer of ice on my windshield which was not fun to clean off. I’m not liking a little dusting of snow. I want a major snowstorm. I’ve been hearing reports about snow on Friday. So we will see what happens with that. I would prefer if it snowed in the middle of the week that way we could at least get a snow day from work. Oh well. I’ll take what I can get! I just want one snowstorm before the end of this winter. That isn’t asking for too much, is it?
My tire pressure light also came on this morning in my car. So it looks like I will be stopping to put air in my tires today on my way home from work. This one place has an automatic tire pressure machine. You just put the nozzle on the tire and it fills it and then beeps when it’s done. It’s idiot proof really. I think I am going to try to do that myself today. I’ve never put air in my tires myself before. So this will be huge for me if I can actually do it! Do you know how to put air in your tires or do anything car related?
Yesterday after work, Mike and I ventured to the supermarket because we didn’t have time on Sunday. We didn’t go to our usual Shoprite. We went to Giant instead. I didn’t plan out the shopping trip that well and we didn’t really need much. It took forever in the store though. The deli counter had ONE person that was actually helping people and more and more people kept coming to the counter for stuff. We literally stood there for over 20 minutes just to get two things. It was awful. Needless to say, our quick shopping trip, ending up taking almost an hour! I was so annoyed by that.
We had our Maggiano’s leftovers for dinner and I sautéed some spinach and roasted string beans to go along with it.
I also decided to make some Pillsbury Grands! Reduced Fat Flaky Biscuits that I had been saving in the refrigerator. I had never made these before.
I have completely fallen in love with these biscuits. I have made Pillsbury biscuits before but never this type. I seriously haven’t known what I’ve been missing out on! These were so incredibly light and flaky. They were so fluffy inside! It was the perfect biscuit. They are like little pillows of heaven. Mike and I were obsessed with them. I don’t know why I never bought them before. They were so heavenly! I love Pillsbury products. I really am a fan. Have you ever had these biscuits before? What is your favorite Pillsbury product?
I like their crescent rolls too because you can do so many different things with them. I use them when I make pigs in a blanket. It makes it so much easier to cover the hot dogs with. I also love their pizza dough. Mike and I have used the pizza dough numerous times. It makes for a great pizza.
Alright, well that is all I have for today. Have a wonderful Tuesday and keep warm!

Your tire pressure light probably came on because of how cold it is… I wouldn’t necessarily fill them because they’ll expand once it gets a little warmer.
I think it did come on because of how cold it is. I actually went to fill them yesterday and they were so incredibly low to almost flat. So I’m glad I filled it. The last thing I need is to start buying tires.
Oh girl, I love those biscuits! We just had them on Sunday. So yummy!
They are so good! I don’t know why I never had them before!
I love pillsburry anything! My favorite would have to be their cinnamon buns. Yum!
Me too! I don’t think I’ve ever had their cinnamon buns! I need to try them!
Gotta love Pillsbury! I was in the Bake Off in 2008, and am hopefully going to try to get in this year too. We will see! My fave is the crescent rolls for sure.
Oh my gosh! That is so cool! I never knew you were in the Bake Off! Did you win?! Good luck! I am rooting for ya!
I’m pretty handy when it comes to cars, but I think that’s what happens when you drive a piece if junk. Haha. Your air pressure is probably low because of the cold. The psi in your times will drop a certain amount for every 10 degrees it gets colder.
Haha! I had that problem before the car I drive now.
That is interesting! I never knew that.
