Hi there! Happy Wednesday! I find it hard to believe that today is my last Wedding Talk Wednesday before we get married. I am planning on recapping all of our wedding events and our honeymoon. Today is going to be my last post until we get married as well. We are planning on getting internet access while on our honeymoon so that we can communicate with our families. Using our cell phones is going to be way too expensive. So I’m thinking about posting a picture every other day or doing something on here while we are on our honeymoon. I’m not going to write full posts but I will be sure to post a picture or two to check in with all of you.

So random thoughts about my wedding approaching. I am nervous as hell. I’m not nervous to marry Mike at all. I’m nervous about everything else. I want things to be perfect. I want my vision to come across. I want this to be my big wedding planning debut. I have worked so hard on everything and I just hope that it comes together the way that I have planned. My stomach has been going crazy these last few days because of nerves and because of my on-going issues. I hope it behaves itself for our rehearsal tomorrow and our wedding on Friday.
One thing I learned about wedding planning is that the wedding should be about the bride and groom. It should reflect who you are as a couple. Make decisions together and don’t get influenced by outside sources. Keep yourself happy and everyone else will be happy around you. It’s YOUR day so do what the both of you want and will make you happy.
Also make sure you keep close attention to your budget. Only budget for things that mean a lot to you and that you think you and your guests will remember. It’s not worth it to go into debt over a wedding. It’s just not.
Remember to breathe. This is the most important thing. It’s hard not to get stressed and let it get to the best of you. Look at what happened to me. I ended up in the hospital and now I have severe stomach issues. Try and relax. Take in each moment. I know for me, the next two days, I want to take in every single moment. I want to remember what I was thinking and feeling at each moment. I am so excited that I cannot wait!
So that concludes my last Wedding Talk Wednesday post! I want to thank all of you for following along in our wedding planning journey over the course of this year and a half. It’s been a long and stressful process but in the end, I am marrying my best friend. Thank you for following along in this journey and I hope you stayed tuned for my recaps.
