Hi there!  Happy Thursday to you!  The weekend is just around the corner and I’m pretty excited for this weekend.  I will explain why tomorrow but for now I want to focus on a giveaway that I have planned for you lucky readers!  You are going to be excited for this one.  I know I was!

These salsa’s are all preservative, additive, fat-free and gluten-free!  They are currently available in your grocery store’s refrigerated section.  I like the fact that they introduced just pure avocado packages.  That way you can season your guacamole to your liking without having to mash avocados.  I love that!

I decided to try my hand at making Pineapple Salsa Chicken with the new Pineapple Salsa, Wholly Guacamole sent me.

I seasoned chicken breasts with salt and pepper and poured the entire container of the Pineapple salsa over the chicken and baked for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

This salsa was delicious!  It wasn’t too sweet.  It was a little on the spicy side which gave the chicken a slight kick.  Mike absolutely loved this salsa.  I liked that you could see pieces of onion, pineapple and red pepper in the salsa.  It showed you how Wholly Guacamole uses fresh ingredients to make their salsa.  I was impressed by that.
