Hi there! Happy Tuesday to you! The weather here is slowly going to approach the 90′s for the next couple of days. Today is the last day that it will be in the 80′s. So that should be interesting. I don’t mind the heat. It’s the humidity that I absolutely cannot stand. It does horrible things for your hair. Well at least it does to my hair. It’s no fun having extremely curly/wavy/frizzy hair. I try to wear it curly every once in a while and it just doesn’t work. It ends up being a complete frizzy mess by the time it dries. I’m hoping that I will be able to wear it straight on our honeymoon and not have to wear it curly every night. I guess we will see how bad the humidity is in Antigua.
So yesterday after I got done work, I picked up Melissa and brought her back to my house. I got my coupons together and everything that I needed to go food shopping. Mike and I were unable to go on Sunday so I really needed to get to the store yesterday to pick up things that we needed. We first stopped at a clothing store to take a look and see what they had. Then we ventured to Wegman’s for dinner. We really like their hot bar so we both got dinner from there. I got a mixture of Chinese food for my dinner.
It was pretty good. The lo mein was a little on the greasy side but that is alright. It was still good despite the fact that it was quite greasy. After eating dinner, we went to a few more stores to look around at their shoe selection. Melissa is trying to find shoes to wear with her bridesmaid dress to our wedding. She was going to get them from David’s Bridal but she tried them on last night and didn’t like them. The DSW we went to didn’t have the pair that she saw over the weekend that she liked. So we will have to go to our local DSW and see if they have anything for her. It’s hard to find the perfect shoe at the perfect price.
After those stores, we went to ShopRite so I could stock up on some grocery items that we needed for the week. I did pretty good and spent a lot less than what I was thinking I was going to spend. So that is always a good thing when it works out that way.
So today, I wanted to talk about some more of my June favorites since the month is already almost over. Can you seriously believe that? June flew right by! It’s hard to believe that next week is the last week of the month. Anyway, moving along to some of my June favorites.
Teddy Graham’s Soft Paws

I have been wanting to try these ever since I first saw them in the store. They have been really expensive though. Last night they were on sale for $1.67! So I had to buy it. I tried it as soon as I got home and I loved it! It really is a little paw. I got the apple cinnamon variety and I loved it! I think it makes for a really cute snack especially for kids. I’m really glad I bought it. I have always been a fan of Teddy Grahams.
Luna Protein Bars
Chocolate Cherry Almond & Cookie Dough

I am a huge fan of Luna bars! I have mentioned that numerous times here. I really love the chocolate cherry almond and the cookie dough flavors. Those are my two favorites. I like the protein bars because they are chocolate covered and they are good for you! It makes for the perfect snack. They contain a lot of protein and vitamins and minerals that your body needs and are great for on the go!
Lactaid Cottage Cheese

I love the Lactaid brand of Cottage Cheese! I like that it is lactose free so I don’t need to take my lactaid pills. It’s perfect. It is a pretty large container and it’s lowfat and 1% milk. I really enjoy it. I’m looking forward to trying whipped cottage cheese by putting it in the blender. I’ve seen it on quite a few blogs and I’m looking forward to trying it out myself.
Softsoap Vineyard Escape

I bought this body wash a couple of weeks ago because it was on sale and I had a coupon. It made for a good deal and the container is huge. I wasn’t a huge fan at first but the scent is growing on me. It really does smell like you are in a vineyard. I think it’s relaxing especially when taking a shower in the morning. It’s a bright and cheerful scent and I’m actually really liking it. I bought this before I was able to get my amazing deals from Bath & Body Works.
Barbara’s Bakery Peanut Butter Puffins

I know I have mentioned this cereal a bunch of times on here but I cannot get enough of it! I love the peanut butter taste and the crunch that the cereal gives. I am a huge fan of Barbara’s Bakery. It’s a shame the cereal is expensive! Otherwise, I would buy it more often. I still love it though!
So those are some of my June favorites. Do you like any of the same things as me? Anything that you love that I should check out this month?
Have a great Tuesday!
