The Bachelorette, Emily…

Hi there!  Happy Tuesday!  I hope your week is off to a good start despite this crummy weather.  Well, maybe the weather is beautiful where you live.  Where I live it’s rainy and dreary.  I thought it was supposed to be nice out tomorrow and continue through the weekend but it looks like the forecast has changed.  It is now supposed to rain again tomorrow.  Then on Thursday starts the sunny weather.  I miss the sun!  I think it brightens everyone’s mood.  On rainy days, people are just plain old miserable.  Oh well.

So yesterday after work, I got home and was greeted by Mike!  He had the day off so it was nice to come home to someone already being home.  I received quite a few packages of some wedding items that I had ordered on Etsy!  That site is seriously addicting.  I love it.  The one item I had been waiting for a while to receive.  It was well worth the wait!  She did a fantastic job.  I cannot wait to share all of the little details that I have been working so hard on.  I am really getting excited.

Once I looked at everything,  I got my coupons together and we went to the supermarket.  It was actually not that crowded so we were able to get in and out pretty quickly.  I swear every time I go into the supermarket from week to week, prices rise drastically!  It’s crazy how prices are for some things.  I couldn’t imagine spending $5 on a box of cereal.  Really?!  Why does it need to be that much money?!  I don’t get it.

When we were done shopping, we stopped at Boston Market to pick up dinner.  I got my usual rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes and stuffing.  Probably not the brightest idea in the box since I haven’t been feeling good with my stomach lately but I thought it was bland for the most part.  I will stick to a very bland dinner tonight.  Hopefully that will help in resetting my system.

Last night was the premiere of the new season of the Bachelorette with Emily!

Did you watch?  What did you think?  I was excited to watch because I didn’t watch the Bachelor last season.  I tried watching the first episode and it was just awful.  I wasn’t a fan of Ben when he was on the Bachelorette so I just couldn’t get into it.  I missed watching it because I’ve never missed a season.  I was excited to get back into it and watch Emily.

I wasn’t a huge fan of Emily on Brad’s season.  She seems nice and all but there was something that I just didn’t like.  I think she is stating to grow on me after last night.  We will see how the rest of the season pans out.  As always, I read my spoiler site so I know who the final 3 guys are.  I love reading the spoilers for some reason so that I know what is going to happen and to watch the show and see if he is right.  He is always 100% right.  Do you read spoiler sites?

I like how they are doing this season in Emily’s hometown of Charlotte so that she can be with her daughter Ricki.  Charlotte looks beautiful so far!  I definitely would like to visit there one day!  I like a few of the guys so far but some of them were just over the top cheesy!  I couldn’t believe some of the pick up lines.  It made for entertaining television though.  I’m really looking forward to this season.  I hope it’s a good one!

So that is all I have for today.  Have a great Tuesday!  Stay dry!
