A Box Full Of Goodies!…

Good Morning!  Happy Thursday!  It’s almost the long holiday weekend!  I cannot wait to just relax and catch up on some sleep, catch up on tv, read some magazines/books!  I’m excited!  I also hope to get to the pool to relax at some point.  I have a really bad tan line across my chest.  I need to try to get rid of that because our engagement pictures are being taken at the end of July.  I don’t want to look at the pictures and have me standing there with a massive tan line.  Not attractive!  Stupid me should have put sunscreen on the last time I laid out.  This time I will most definitely be sure to put lotion on.

Yesterday when I came home from work, I was greeted by this HUGE box by my front door!

Flatout Bread Box!

It was from FlatOut Bread .  They mentioned to me that they were going to be sending me some goodies in the mail to thank me for attending their booth at the Taste of Philadelphia last weekend.  I was shocked by how much they sent me!  What a generous company! :)

Wraps!

Thank you SO much for FlatOut for all of the wonderful products that you sent me!  I cannot wait to try making a grilled pizza using the wraps!  I am totally making that this weekend.  I cannot wait!  :)

Speaking of not being able to wait, I was waiting for Mike to get home from work, so I ripped open a bag of the FlatOut Baked Flatbread Crisps in the Sea Salt flavor to snack on.

Closeup of Crisp!

This baked flatbread crisp was the perfect snack!  It tasted like a FlatoutWrap that had been baked and seasoned.  It was light and crispy.  The sea salt had a wonderful flavor.  It reminded me of popcorn almost.  I loved it!  Mike tried it once he got home from work and loved it too!  We had to stop ourselves from devouring the entire bag!  I cannot wait to try the other flavors.

So once Mike got home, we had a wedding related errand to run.  I know I keep saying that Mike and I are running wedding errands and I’m not being completely open and honest about things.  These past couple of weeks have been really hard for me.  I am going to post tomorrow all about our wedding and what has been going on with it.  It’s going to be a difficult post for me to write but I need to get it out and be honest.  Before you come to any conclusions, it’s nothing in regards to Mike and I!  We are great!  It’s in regards to the actual wedding.  So if you are interested in hearing about it, definitely tune in tomorrow.

After we returned home from running our errand, we decided to make Trader Joe’s Sweet Potato Gnocchi.

For some reason it didn’t end up looking so pretty so I skipped over the picture of it.  Haha.  It still tasted wonderful.  It just didn’t look as great.  So I decided to show you a picture of my pretty salad instead.  :)

What are your plans for the 4th of July weekend?  Are you doing anything fun?

Alright, time to get back to work now.  Have a good Thursday and I’ll see you tomorrow!  :)

Hope everything works out with your wedding, it’s such a stressful time and things will never totally go according to plan, but if you just try and focus on the fact that no matter what, it’s going to be an amazing day for the two of you, it helps not to get as stressed.

  3. If you can’t get rid of the tan lines try some self tanner on them, it usually does the trick.

I’m spending the 4th of July in the Poconos and hopefully the pool will be open!

  4. I’m headed up to Boston to visit my nieces and i can’t WAIT!
