Good Morning! Happy Friday! We finally made it! I felt like this week took forever. It’s been a very long and stressful week. I will be happy when it’s finally over and done with! It’s so chilly outside again today! I don’t know what is up with this weather. Monday it was in the 80′s, then it dropped to the 50′s, then the next day it’s in the 60′s, then it drops again to the 50′s. I don’t get it. I hope it stays in the 60′s and that’s that! As long as it’s sunny out, I don’t care. I’m sick of the rain! Oh, today is a happy day too because king kong is officially gone after today! That makes Mike and I VERY happy! I hope the new people moving in will be nice and respectful unlike him! He was so incredibly rude. It will be nice to not have to deal with him ever again! Yay!
Last night after work, I picked up Melissa and we went to PF Changs. We went to a different one that was located near Trader Joe’s. Big mistake! We will never be going to that PF Changs ever again!! That is for sure.
We started off with Chicken Lettuce Wraps. They were about the only thing was okay for the meal.

We also ordered Chicken Lo Mein. The noodles were WAY overdone and they were sticking together like crazy! Not the way that it should be at all.
Chicken LoMeinWe also ordered Buddha's Feast steamed. This was in fact, not steamed at all! It was almost as though they took the bag out of the microwave and heated it up for 2 minutes and gave it to us. We sent it back and it still came back the exact same way!!!! We ordered spinach and that was okay. The side of cucumbers were completely coated in sesame seeds and had a weird tasting sauce on it that was never on it before. It was inedible. The waitress was rude the entire time. I didn't say anything at the restaurant about what happened because I don't enjoy complaining. I am really annoyed though. I am planning on writing them an email. It's like we paid $1 to eat there. It was ridiculous! We will most definitely be sticking with the other PF Changs that we like from now on. Lesson learned! Do you complain if you receive bad service?After dinner we browsed around Pier 1 and then we went to Trader Joe's! I completely forgot to take a picture of everything that we bought. We got a bunch of stuff for $23! Not bad! Some of the items we found were lobster ravioli, sweet potato gnocchi, sandwich thins, whole wheat bread, rice for risotto, cat cookies, and a few other items. I'm pretty excited to try some of this stuff. I definitely have intentions of going back and getting more things eventually. They do have some great prices on selective items throughout the store. Plus, this one sells alcohol too! So cool! I had fun hanging out and shopping with Melissa. She really is my best friend. 
It makes me happy that I found that in my sister. I know I can always count on her for anything. After shopping we went back to her house for a bit and spent some time with my mom and Oliver! Love him! Then I headed home and Mike and I watched tv for a while before going to sleep.Guess what today is?! Free breakfast Friday! You better believe I grabbed a blueberry muffin after seeing that beauty last Friday!Blueberry Muffin

Oh no! Our PF Chang’s is so good! Now I’ll be scared to visit any other one
I usually have good experiences with PF Changs. This is was the first bad one. Don’t be scared! I’m sure it was just a fluke.
They have those cute muffins here at work now (we have our own internal Starbucks)! They not as gigantic as the cafeteria muffins are and I love that!
