With a Side of Hope

Hi there!  I hope you are having a good day!  I am very busy today.  I have lots of work to get done before I leave work today.  I hope I can manage to get it all done.  It’s really freezing in my office too.  It’s making it hard to concentrate because I am so cold!  BR!  It’s not even warm outside today.  So I’m really not too sure why they insist on having the air conditioning turned on full blast in here.  Not to mention I keep hearing people coughing up a storm.  Ick.  It’s making me literally want to wear a mask.  Gross!

So today for lunch I had some leftover Lo Mein from PF Changs last night.  Ick.  I shouldn’t have brought it home.  The noodles were all stuck together and it was quite the mess.  Not too tasty.

I also brought along a La Yogurt Coffee flavored yogurt, grapes, a pear and cat cookies from Trader Joe’s!

Snacks

I love that coffee yogurt so much!  It’s real treat eating it because it really does taste like coffee!  I love when foods taste like coffee.  It’s definitely one of my favorite flavors for sure.  I like that the yogurt tastes light, yet it is thick and creamy!  Delicious!  Plus it has probiotics in it, which is very good for you. 

Oh, and I am loving the Trader Joe’s cat  cookies!  I have had them before but I don’t remember liking them as much.  I love that they have a cinnamon flavoring to them.  Delicious!  What is your favorite kind of cookie?  I really like oatmeal raisin cookies or chocolate chip cookies.  I used to love putting chocolate chip cookies in the microwave when I was little and making them really soft and chewy!  There is nothing like a soft and chewy cookie.  I love them like that.  I do love the occasional double stuffed Oreo as well.  Mike is obsessed with them so we always have Oreos in the house.    Speaking of which, I haven’t made cookies in a very long time or better yet baked anything in a while.  I think I should!  I love baking. 

What is everyone up to this weekend?  I don’t really have anything planned.  So we shall see where the weekend takes me.  Alright, time to get back into this massive pile of work!  Have a good day!
